Thomas is Co-Owner and Level 3 Master Stylist at Vivid Hair Studio in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. With 12 years in the industry he has a passion for all things hair, and loves being behind the chair with clients as well as facilitating classes to other stylists. 

Being a member of the Pulp Riot “Riot Squad” has given Thomas the opportunity to be on stage educating at trade shows, working on photo shoots, and creating art through hair around North America and beyond. 

Floating has been an amazing source of alone time, relaxation, and physical therapy for the body. Being alone in a cozy, chill environment is the perfect way to escape the craziness of everyday life and working with the public. 100% recommend for everyone needing some time with themselves

 Rosemary is the owner of Red Sky Gallery in Antigonish, NS. While the gallery itself is new, Rosemary has been passionate about all of the arts since pretty much forever. This is reflected in the diversity of the arts featured in the gallery. Red Sky offers not only the visual arts, but also regularly hosts performances of music, prose, poetry, storytelling, and live theatre.   

"Floating came into my life at a time when I was grieving. I literally didn’t know what to do with myself. When a friend suggested I try floating, I did immediately, and ended up floating 3 times in 4 days.  It helped.  I needed a calm, safe, quite place. I needed to care for myself and floating provided an opportunity for recovery. Now I float to restore energy, I feel so energized post float! I float because it creates space and calm in my mind for creative thoughts to flow. I float because every time it’s a bit different and I look forward to the adventure."  

   Sean is a local award winning tattoo artist, born and raised in rural Nova Scotia. 

After thirteen years serving the Antigonish area as an Emergency Health Services Paramedic, he left active duty on the ambulance, suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. 

With hard work, therapy and endless support from his wonderful wife and two amazing children, he has recovered and found new focus. He has spent the last 10 years building and running a successful private tattoo practice. 

Floating provides Sean with a rare opportunity to shut his mind off, embrace the silent solitude, find some peace from the internal noise, and shed the weight of everyday woes.
